YogaCourt Terms and Conditions
Booking

All group classes must be booked via the website:
www.yogacourt.co.uk/book-online -
Bookings are not accepted via social media or email

Walk-ins are not permitted
-
1-to-1 and private sessions are arranged via email
-
Payment is required at the time of booking (or confirmed via subscription)

Cancellations & Credits
Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a class, workshop or event.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start time:
→ A class credit or refund will be offered -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time:
→ No refund
→ A credit may be offered if you let me know before the class starts -
No-shows (not attending and not notifying):
→ No refund or credit
Credits:

Must be used within 4 weeks

Are offered at the discretion of YogaCourt

Class Passes

Class passes are typically valid for 3 months (check details at purchase)

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
Extensions:
-
May be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. injury or illness)

Extensions are at the discretion of YogaCourt
If classes are cancelled by YogaCourt (e.g. for annual leave), validity will be adjusted accordingly.

Lateness

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before class (no earlier than 10 minutes)

If you are running late, please message using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation

Entry to class should be quiet to minimise disruption

For online classes, please join muted
Practising Safely
Please ensure the class is suitable for you before booking by reading the class description.

If you are pregnant, please contact me before booking at courtney.barrow@outlook.com

If you have any injuries or health concerns, you are responsible for ensuring yoga is appropriate for you
During class:

Work within your own limits

Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort

Health & Responsibility
By attending a YogaCourt class, workshop, retreat or programme:

You confirm you are fit to participate in physical exercise

You accept that yoga involves physical movement and carries a risk of injury

You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing
It is recommended that you consult your GP and/or Physio if you have any medical concerns before participating.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

YogaCourt and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, workshops or events, except where caused by negligence

You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times
